We register every detail of your transaction, including: your name; the exact style, number, and color of your dress; the time, date, and place of your event; and any other pertinent information necessary to secure your registration.  Please keep in mind that we have no way of knowing what gowns other stores may register.

PROM: Our Pledge To You is that we will never sell your gown in the same color to anyone else registering for the same prom.

PAGEANT: Our Pledge To You is that we will never sell your gown to anyone else registering for the same pageant.

PARTY: Our Pledge To You is that we will never sell your gown in the same color to anyone else registering for the same event.

★ This is an industry-standard good faith practice to help ensure that your particular gown is unique to you.

This coincidence almost never occurs.  While we take great pains to accurately register each gown, we cannot control when and where a customer will actually end up wearing a gown purchased from us.  However, our registration system works well and has never failed yet.
